The only way to correct this sort of stuff is to replace half +1 of the City Council with people who believe in what they claim to believe in.

My response:
It sounds like and is LYING. Business as usual in the City of Cambridge. Lies work because of a tiny but loud organization controlled by incumbents and friends.
